Just a Girl who loves Sea life

The theme of this competition This is extraordinary really struck a cord with me. Nature and sea life was the first thing that came to my mind as I love nature a lot. I chose to paint a sea life piece as the sea is both beautiful and mysterious. We actually know so little about sea life and what lurks beneath. I'm fascinated by sea turtles and often wondered if there was a massive sea turtle out there like the huge sharks we see on the television. The girl sitting on top of the turtle's shell observing the beauty of the sunset clouds and their beautiful colours shows how animals and humans can live in peaceful harmony. Nature is extraordinary and is something we need to cherish and protect for generations to come.
