I wanted to combine two things that aren't commonly combined. At the time I had started trying wood work at school for TY and it wasn't something I was familiar with so to make it easier I wanted to combine the new wood working skills I had learned with the computer hardware and software knowledge I already knew. This system allowed me to wire and code a wooden computer making it easier to learn a new skill of woodworking. I also made the sculpture out of a lot of recycled materials.
