La fleur papillon et la fleur

For this piece of artwork I decided to delve into
a creative side of nature. I started to draw many
flowers and butterflies, and butterflies on flowers. That's when I developed the idea of a
butterfly with flower wings. Butterflies are very
connected to flowers as you can always find them sitting on flowers outside picking up
nectar. After picking flowers and taking photos
of butterflies outside, I decided to draw it. I then went in with watercolour. I like the way the idea turned out.
