My illustration portrays me swimming at Narin Beach in Portnoo, Co. Donegal, where I go every summer with a LOT of relatives (almost 80!). I decided to create this piece because last year the weather was “extraordinary”. There was also lots of Moon and Compass jellyfish there as well. Moon jellyfish can’t sting you but Compasses can. So I tried to work them into my picture. Also seaweed because I sometimes mistake that for jellyfish too! I love art and drawing cute and expressive people. Thanks!
