Orson Welles' draft script for hit film Citizen Kane is going to be auctioned at Sotheby's in London on March 6.
The typed script features director's notes and is labelled "Mr. Welles' working copy". It is expected to sell for over €25,000.
Citizen Kane was released in 1941 and won the Best Screenplay Oscar at the 1942 Academy Awards.
Other items in the collection, comprising of over 1,000 pieces, belonging to the late art collector Stanley Seeger, include a silver-plated cocktail shaker that once belonged to Al Capone and an armchair that used to belong to Winston Churchill.
