Iron Maiden singer, commercial pilot and entrepreneur Bruce Dickinson will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural National Leadership Summit in Croke Park on October 22.
The event "is devoted to exchanging ideas about how senior executives can engage in passionate and creative leadership for innovation, survival and growth - whether in the private, public or non-profit sectors".
The organisers of the conference say: "While Bruce still flies a variety of aircraft, he is also the man behind aircraft maintenance company, Cardiff Aviation, a project supported - although not funded - by the Welsh government."
They continue: "The business specialises in pilot training and the heavy maintenance of Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft. Bruce is also involved in an air ship venture to manufacture lighter than air hybrid transport aircraft."
