Punching pillows is one of Justin Timberlake’s favourite ways to relieve stress.
The 32-year-old singer/songwriter has revealed he has many ways of alleviating stress in his life.
Speaking to Star magazine Timberlake said: "I use everything as therapy. I play golf, write songs, punch pillows. We've all done it. You get so mad that you punch a wall and then you break your hand or something.
"It's like the dumbest thing we do as humans."
The Mirrors hitmaker also spoke about his love for playing complex characters on the big-screen as part of his acting career.
He said: "We don't want to go to the movie theatre to watch people be perfect. We think we're going to escape, but what we really start doing, as soon as the first frame of the movie starts rolling, is we look to relate."
