All is revealed about Romeo's illness this week

On this week’s Home & Away, Rosie reveals that she has been raped by Mullens. Sasha and Roo take her to the hospital where Sasha tells her father what’s happened. Rosie refuses to go to the police, telling Sasha that she doesn’t want Mullens to get into trouble. However, when Mullens and his mates show up on the grassy knoll when Sasha and Rosie are there with Dex, Rosie realises that she needs to go to the police to report the crime.

Elsewhere, Sid calls a family meeting where he finally tells a devastated Dex and Sasha that Romeo has stage four cancer. When April notices that Dex is down, he doesn’t open up to her, instead confiding in Steph. April witnesses a hug between Steph and Dex and takes it upon herself to tell Steph about his brain injury, telling her she doesn’t think it’s a good time to be in a relationship. Dex overhears and apologises to Steph for April’s behaviour. Steph says she’s happy to be just friends, but Dex says he wants more and kisses her.

Later, Steph and Dex sleep together, but April turns up determined to get Dex back. She tells Dex she wants to be with him, but is hurt and humiliated when she realises what has happened between them. Dex tells her she needs to accept that they're over.

Maddy feels lost in the Bay with all her free time now that Spencer is off with his brother, and takes up surf lifesaving. Spencer later returns with Chris, and when Maddy and Spencer finally get the chance to talk, he reveals that he’s thinking about returning home and he wants her to come with him.

Meanwhile, Gina, John and Jett enjoy some happy family time down at the beach, while they wait to hear about the adoption.
