Republic of Ireland midfielder Darron Gibson has been released by Wigan Athletic.
The 31-year-old's contract expires this summer and he has not been offered a fresh deal by the Championship club.
Gibson left Sunderland by mutual consent last March, having initially been suspended by the club after he was charged with drink driving. He joined Paul Cook's Latics the following August and helped them finish 18th, 12 points clear of the relegation zone.
The Derry man is one of six players not to offered a new deal. Callum McManaman, Shaun MacDonald, Jonas Olsson, James Vaughan and Dan Lavercombe will all move on in the coming weeks.
Gibson's last international appearance came in the 2-1 friendly defeat to Belarus at Turner's Cross back in May, 2016.
