Ireland underage international Jordan McEneff has signed a professional contract with Arsenal.

The 17-year-old, who joined the Premier League side last summer, is one of three academy graduates to pen professional deals with Arsenal this weekend.

The club says that the Derry native has impressed in his seven appearances as an attacking midfielder with the U18s this year after picking up an injury at the start of last season.

McEneff lined out for Northern Ireland up to the U17 grade before switching allegiance to the Republic of Ireland as his father is from Dublin.

His older brother Aaron plays for Derry City having previously been with Spurs.
