Republic of Ireland 1-0 Denmark
Troy Parrott's first half goal gave the Republic of Ireland a narrow win over Denmark at St George's Park in Burton this afternoon in Group C of the UEFA European Championship Under-17 Championship.
Parrott struck in just the fourth minute from long-range as Ireland recovered from their opening game defeat to Belgium.
Colin O'Brien's side are now in contention for a quarter-final place ahead of Friday's final group game with Bosnia & Herzegovina.
