Lady Cecil's impressive Ribblesdale Stakes winner Riposte could be supplemented for the Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh on 20 July.

Having just her third start at Royal Ascot, Riposte quickened up impressively to strike by two and a quarter lengths.

Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager for owner Prince Khalid Abdullah, said: "She's fine today and she would have a couple of possibilities.

"She's not in the Irish Oaks but if she comes out of this race well, it's going to have to be considered.

"She stays a mile and a half well, and if she's not ready for that, then she could go for the Yorkshire Oaks."
