The Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh owned Razldazl Rioga will be looking to land back-to-back Race of Champions titles, and the €15,000 winner’s purse, at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium in Tralee this Friday.

The event showcases some of Ireland’s top greyhounds, and is open to those that have won major events over the last 12 months.

The race will be broadcast live on RTÉ Two and worldwide on RTÉ.ie from 8.30pm.

The Paddy Hennessy trained Leamaneigh Turbo posted the fastest time in last week’s opening semi-final when he registered 29.76 from trap 1, with Farloe Trent some five lengths back in second and Killinan Cash a further four lengths back in third.

Razldazl Rioga, trained by Dolores Ruth, won the second semi-final by a head in 30.01 from the rather unlucky, fast-finishing Paradise Silva, with Airlie Dazzler a length back in third.

The Pat Buckley trained Paradise Silva and Leamaneigh Turbo are currently disputing favouritism for the 550-yard showpiece. Race of Champions Final trap draw:
1 Paradise Silva
2 Razldazl Rioga
3 Leamaneigh Turbo
4 Airlie Dazzler
5 Killinan Cash
6 Farloe Trent
