For the first time at Tokyo 2020, we head to the athletics track where there will be Irish in action on Day 7 of the Games.

There's also plenty of Irish representation in various events across the day, with Kellie Harrington's round of 16 bout in the Women's 60kg Lightweight boxing one of the standouts.

Television coverage starts from 1am on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player, right through until 3.30pm.
