The GAA's Disputes Resolution Authority has found in favour of Offaly, in the row over the number of substitutes used in their Leinster football victory over Kildare.

Offaly will now play Wexford in the Leinster semi-final, while Kildare will enter the qualifiers.

Offaly won the game 3-09 to 0-15, but the row centred over Offaly full forward Pascal Kellaghan who was forced off in the first half and replaced by James Coughlan in a blood substitution.

However, when Kellaghan came back on for the second half, he took the place of Trevor Phelan and not Coughlan.
