Wicklow are the latest county to begin a search for a new manager after Harry Murphy announced that he is leaving his post.
The former Rathnew boss told the county board that he is departing the role he has held since 2011.
At statement on the Wicklow GAA website read: “Wicklow GAA would like to thank Harry for the commitment, passion and experience he brought to the county in his time as manager.
“We’ve experienced some great days under his management period and wish him the very best for the future.”
The Garden County bowed out of this year’s championship following a loss to Sligo in the qualifiers, having previously beaten Offaly after a first-round Leinster championship defeat to Laois.
