Galway withdrew two players during their 45-point win over Wexford in the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie National League Division 1 game in Gort this afternoon.
Wexford had just 13 players available for the game which ended 9-23 to 1-02.
The Model County were unable to field a team for last Saturday Camogie League Division 1 clash with Cork due to several inter-county players' club commitments.
Martin Carey resigned as manager last week with Mick Curran in a caretaker role currently.
Galway hit eight goals in the first half but the scoring eased up somewhat when the numerical advantage was taken away by the Tribeswomen withdrawing two players in a sympathetic gesture.
