The Jurys Doyle Hotel Group today announced details of an agreement with the GAA for the development and lease of a new 4-star hotel at Croke Park.
The hotel, to be called the Jurys Croke Park Hotel, will cost €30m and will operate on a 34-year lease from the GAA.
The 232-bedroom hotel, to be located on Jones's Road, is expected to open in late Summer 2005.
GAA president Sean Kelly said the hotel would be a catalyst for the regeneration of Dublin's north inner city and a boost to Dublin tourism.
