Shane Sweetnam completed an impressive run of results at Geneva’s five-star show, culminating in a third-place finish on James Kann Cruz in Sunday's €1.2 Million Rolex Grand Prix – part of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping.
Sweetnam and the nine-year-old son of Cruising were among the 13 combinations who jumped clear in the opening round.
Another clear in the jump-off in a time of 40.48 seconds saw Sweetnam take third place and over €180,000 in prize money.
The winners' prize of over €400,000 went to McLain Ward and HH Azur, while local favourite Martin Fuchs finished as runner-up with Leone Jei.
On Saturday night, Sweetnam claimed a five-star win in Geneva when partnering Alejandro to victory in the Credit Suisse Challenge 1m55.
Also in Geneva, Conor Swail and Count Me In took victory in Friday’s five-star 1m50 speed class.
