Paula Radcliffe will not chase a third world cross-country title at the 2005 championships in France this month.

Radcliffe, winner of the gold medal in 2001 and 2002, is instead focusing fully on her preparation for the Flora London Marathon.

The world marathon record-holder is currently training in the United States and does not want to compromise her chances of winning in the capital by tapering down her training to take in the world championships on March 19-20.
