This morning The John Murray Show is delighted to announce that our now annual 3 Sopranos Christmas Gala concert will which takes place at National Concert Hall with RTE National Symphony Orchestra. Claudia Boyle who replaces Celine Byrne (who has a prior engagement on that evening) December 19th. Claudia will be joining Regina Nathan & Cara O'Sullivan & Claudia is in studio this morning for a chat & performance.
Maggie O'Farrell's latest novel 'Instructions for a Heatwave' is set in the hot summer of 1976. It is the sixth novel from this multi-award winning writer & it's one of six books nominated for our category at the Bord Gais Energy Irish Book Awards. Joining John from a studio in Edinburgh is author Maggie O'Farrell.
It's 25 years since Billy Stickland, the country's foremost sports photographer, set-up his agency Inpho, with co-founder, James Meehan. They've brought out a collection of their most memorable, iconic photos from the last quarter century & Billy's in our Cork studio to take us through the ones that - once seen - are impossible to forget.
