    Wedding Proposals

If you were watching PJ Gallagher on tv recently you would be forgiven for thinking his wedding proposal to his girlfriend was less than impresssive! If you identify with that & find it difficult to come up with a romantic & original way to propose, Neil's guest on the line Sam Sheppard, may be able to help you.

    Mindfulness follow-up

At the beginning of the year we spoke to Tony Bates about his quest to live his life more mindfully in 2013. Many of you were captivated & inspired by Tony's story & a workshop on mindfullness was organised with Tony & a few or our listeners. Joining Neil in studio this morning is Tony Bates with one of his students, Grainne Bruce.

    Treasurer of Victoria, Michael O'Brien

On the line to Neil, is Michael O'Brien, Treasurer of Victoria, to tell us about his work & Irish connections!
