The second part of our Sunday Miscellany Live at Christmas with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, recorded at the National Concert Hall featuring

We Wish You A Merry Christmas, by Liz Nugent;
A Word With Val, for Val Mulkerns, by Maev Kennedy;
The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot, by Joe Duffy;
The Falcon Carol, a poem by James Harpur;
The Hopes and Fears of All The Years, by Grace Wells;
And
Silent Night: Walking Through The Snow, by the late Eileen Battersby, who, tragically, has  died following a car accident over the Christmas period

The music, all performed by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra conducted by Gavin Maloney, was:
Sing We Now of Christmas, arranged with new lyrics by Mark Hayes, sung by RTÉ Cór Linn, conducted by Mary Amond O’Brien;
Chanson de Matin, by Elgar, performed by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra;
The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot, written by Michael Carr, Tommie Connor and Jimmy Leach, arranged by Paul Campbell, and sung by Simon Morgan with the Orchestra;
I Will Be The Light, a new song composed and arranged by Gerald Custer, and performed by the Orchestra and RTÉ Cór Linn featuring soloist Kylabelle McKinney, in its European premiere;
O Little Town of Bethlehem, traditional carol arranged by Paul Campbell and sung by Simon Morgan with the Orchestra; 
And Stille Nacht/ Silent Night, by Joseph Mohr and Franz Gruber, arranged by Paul Campbell, sung by Andrew Gavin with the Orchestra featuring James Nash on solo guitar
