On today's show Ray speaks to Brian Pennie who tells his story of addiction and recovery in tonight's episode of Finné on TG4 at 9.30, Sharon Gaffney and Karl Henry chat to Ray ahead of tonights epiode of Operation Transformation and Katie Price chats about her documentary called Harvey and Me.
Brian Pennie grew up in Ladyswell on Dublin's north side where he witnessed alcohol and drug abuse as a teen, and after his first experience with heroin he knew he was hooked at the age of 17. Brian tells his story of addiction and recovery in tonight's episode of Finné on TG4 at 9.30 and he joined Ray to tell us more.
Operation Transformation continues tonight, and as the weeks go by, it is getting tougher than ever to stay on plan and keep motivated but leader Sharon is a real role model. Sharon Gaffney and Karl Henry both joined Ray for a chat.
On Monday night, BBC One aired a documentary called Harvey and Me. It followed the difficulties that reality TV star Katie Price and her disabled son Harvey face as he moves from education into adulthood, and the steps they need to take to get Harvey into long term care. Katie chats to Ray about this.
