We're checking in with some friends of the show, today Ray catches up with Christy Dignam about Surviving lockdown with an Underlying illness.
The EPA have launched their annual Story of your Stuff competition for second level students. Astronaut Dr Norah Patten is the ambassador for the competition and she joined Ray on the line to tell us more.
We normally talk to Neven Maguire about cooking and how to cook certain dishes but not today. Neven has recently re-discovered his love of Vinyl records and dance music he chats to Ray to tell us more.
