The Justice Minister has said he's "greatly disturbed" at reports that Dublin City Councils officials Dublin City Council recommended that protection money be paid to two criminals so council houses could be built in west Dublin. Sinn Fein TD Aenghus O Snodaigh said he wrote to Fine Gael Minister of State Catherine Byrne about the issue in 2018.
