Life Loans

Joe spoke to Anne who took out a Life Loan with bank of Ireland, 15 years ago, which released 80,000 euro equity on her home. She is now 80 and owes 250,000 euro. Catherine spoke on behalf of her mother who is 90 and was too upset to talk to Joe about the stress and the worry of this loan. Joe spoke to other callers who also took out this loan, many of who calling on behalf of parents and parents-in-law who have all discovered that is very little equity left in their homes.

Covid 19 One Year On

John called from Beijing. Joe last spoke to him this day last year when he warned of this virus which had effectively shut-down China. He told us about life in Beijing today and how China is still managing Covid-19.
