Smishing Scams

Joe talked to more Bank of Ireland customers who have lost money through smishing scams. Darren Butler's savings of just under €3k were stolen from him after receiving a text message saying there was unusual activity on his account.

Aine who lost her husband Gerry seven weeks ago spoke to Joe about the need for respite from her role as primary carer for their four sick children. Gerry was her and their childrens' Rock.. "I can't breathe... I have nowhere to go .."
