Management fees & RTB

Ruth hasn't increased the rent on the apartment she owns in Raheny in three years. However her circumstances have changed and she is keen for her tenants to take on the annual management fees of €1,850.

Good Samaritan

Tony is looking for the man who helped him when he collapsed on the Dart last Thursday, February 13 as it was pulling into Sydney Parade Station. The man stayed with him for two hours while they waited for an ambulance. Please spread the word so that Tony can find, and thank, this Good Samaritan.

Medical Card issues

Karen has two children with special needs, one of whom has a medical card however it has been up for renewal since October. She's now under pressure to pay mounting pharmacy bills that she cannot afford. John also got in touch to highlight the issues he's experiencing once again trying to get his card renewed

NCT

Edel's insurance company has told her that unless she has written confirmation from the NCT that they cannot complete her test or issue a certificate as a result of the lift issue, they cannot insure her to drive.
