As the deadline approaches for the payment of the NPPR charges and penalties, the Liveline listeners were animated once again. From locals here in Ireland to people working and living overseas, the frustration was palpable. Mind you, others who had paid the NPPR charge in full as it came up, were not at all sympathetic.
