Joe continues yesterday’s discussion about Event Elephant. Jenny is from the Dungarvan and West Waterford Chamber. She ran an event in May 2012 using Event Elephant. They are still owed €9,300. Liz was treasurer of the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers. They ran events over a number of years with Event Elephant and they are still owed €5,500 for the most recent one. Joe talks to both women and others.
Karen has 3 daughters. Both her 10 year old and 4 year old have a rare organic genetic brain disorder. Her 10 year old daughter is prone to severe mood swings and violent outbursts. It’s pushing the family to breaking point and she is struggling to get help.
Damien recently received a very distressing letter from EBS, his mortgage provider. He tells Joe why it upset him so much.
Barry Kennerk is Temple Street Hospitals resident historian. He tells Joe about his search for former patients and staff to include their stories in a book he is publishing.
