Cork City left without water on the hottest day of the year

Negotiations between the Conservatives and the DUP began after the Tories failed to win an outright majority in the general election but they've apparently hit a bit of a wobble. The deadlock at Westminster comes amidst a similar situation at Stormont, where talks are continuing on the restoration of power-sharing with little sign of an agreement.
