National dairy Week

This morning we had a competition for a cookery break for two at Catherine Fulvio's Ballyknocken House to celebrate National dairy week. The lucky winner was Catherine Foley from Carrick on Suir.

Louise Denvir met Olan McNeece on his Apple farm in Drogheda.

Darkness into Light

Damien met some of the people who took part in this years Darkness Into Light Run/Walk which took place all over Ireland this morning to raise awareness of depression and suicide. Frank Greally also ran this morning and joined Damien in studio
