CARING FOR THINNING HAIR
Are you having a good hair day? Are your tresses cascading down your back causing heads in turn - in a good way? Or maybe your hair concerns are more mundane and you're hoping the wind won't blow yet more of your ever thinning hair into kingdom come? Well if you're folically challenged or going prematurely grey - or maybe even both - Aonghus is joined in studio by stylist Lisa Fitzpatrick and hairdresser at Dublin's Brown Sugar Salon, Mark O'Keeffe, to answer all your hair questions...

We have €1000 to be won today - just answer a simple question between 15:00 & 16:20 to make your day so much better! Click here for more details...

HORSE REIKI
Holistic healing, such as homeopathy, Reiki or acupuncture, is a concept that most of us are familiar with and many people have tried. We've accepted it can work for humans, but what about animals? They can't actually tell us what's wrong, so is it possible that a holistic healer can help? Jenny McArdle is the founder of a group called 'Anam Healing', set up to bring together practitioners that specialise in working with animals. She joins Aonghus in studio to chat about working as a holistic horse healer. For more information about Anam Healing, click here, or if you'd like to get in touch with Jenny, phone 086 864-4152.

ADD A Z€RO
Any of you who reads The Irish Times will know their racing correspondent, Brian O'Connell - but did you that Brian spent most of last year betting on the horses with a rather ambitious plan in his head? He hoped to turn €5,000 into €50,000 and has charted his progress in his book called ADD A Z€RO. He joins Aonghus on the line from Fairyhouse to tell us about how he got on... For more details about the book, click here.
