Pavel Barter is a Dublin-based writer and documentary maker.
In his capacity as a freelance reporter, he writes arts and news content for Sunday Times newspaper, amongst other publications.
He has worked on films such as Calvary and Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie, and television shows such as Vikings, creating behind-the-scenes content.
As a musician with The West Seventies, Pavel toured Ireland, the UK, Europe and the United States. The band's music can be heard on Spotify and iTunes.
Pavel has produced award-winning documentaries about the making of Barry Lyndon, Stanley Kubrick's 1970's masterpiece, and the Sandhogs, Irish-American urban miners who dig tunnel systems beneath New York City.
