Exciting new 2014-15 season for RTÉ Cór na nÓg

The 70 members of the choir have a wonderful variety of performances during the year, including the annual Christmas Concert in St Ann's Church, Dawson Street (Friday 12 December, 6pm) and the ever-popular family concert to celebrate St Patrick's Day (Tuesday 17 March, 4pm) also in St Ann's.

On Friday 19 September at 4pm they will sing on St Stephens Green bandstand , beginning RTE's evening-long contribution to Culture Night, repeating the performance later that evening in the National Concert Hall (7pm). Other engagements include a guest appearance in the annual Peter McVerry Charity Concert in St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin on Saturday 6 December (7.30pm) and a concert for schools in February.

The high-light of this season is on Good Friday, 3 April 2015, when they will join forces with the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, RTÉ Philharmonic Choir and a team of international soloists, conducted by Robert Howarth, for a performance of J S Bach's extraordinary work, his St Matthew Passion, 3.30pm in the NCH.

Mary Amond O'Brien continues as Choral Director, assisted by Lynsey Callaghan (Music Assistant) and Connie Martin (Choral Steward).
