Two men have been arrested by detectives investigating the murder of journalist Lyra McKee.

The 29-year-old was shot dead by dissident republicans as she observed rioting in the Creggan area of Derry city on 19 April 2019.

The men, aged 44 and 53, were arrested in the Derry area this morning.

They're being held for questioning at Musgrave Police Station in Belfast.

Three men have already been charged with the murder of Ms McKee and another four have been charged with rioting and associated offences.
