A pedestrian in her 80s has been seriously injured following a collision with an e-scooter in Dublin yesterday.
The incident happened on Eccles Street in Dublin 7 at around 3pm.
The woman was taken to Mater Misericordiae University Hospital for treatment and her injuries are believed to be serious.
Gardaí say the investigation is ongoing.
They are appealing for witnesses, particularly anyone with video footage, including dash-cam, to contact Mountjoy Garda Station on 01 6668600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
