As Covid restrictions ease and the economy is accelerating, politicians are returning to the Dail.

This week parties began by setting the agenda by holding parliamentary party "think-ins".

Political Correspondent Mícheál Lehane joins the podcast from the Fianna Fail "think-in" in Co Cavan.

The party is analysing its poor performances in the 2020 General Election and Dublin Bay South by-election.

It is the first time party leader Micheál Martin reviewed the election performance and examined the future direction of Fianna Fail.

Host Paul Cunningham is also joined Sandra Hurley to discuss the continuing controversy surrounding Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Coveney, the Budget and housing.
