A woman has been released without charge following her arrest over the death of a man in Cork last year.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was arrested in Cork city yesterday morning in relation to the investigation into the murder of former chef Timmy Hourihane.
She was released from the Bridewell Garda Station shortly before midnight.
She was the third person arrested and questioned about the 53-year-old's murder.
Mr Hourihane, who was originally from the Sheep's Head peninsula in west Cork, had been homeless for some time.
He was found unconscious close to his burning tent on Mardyke Walk on 13 October 2019 and died later at Cork University Hospital.
A post-mortem examination showed he died from injuries consistent with an assault.
