Visiting restrictions have been put in place at the stroke rehabilitation unit at St Camillus Hospital in Limerick.
The restrictions have been put in place as a result of a Norovirus outbreak at the rehabilitation unit at the hospital, which also houses long-stay patients.
Two cases of the virus have been confirmed. However, nine patients and two staff members have presented with symptoms of the virus.
Infection control measures have been put in place including visiting restrictions to try and control the spread of the virus.
