A man has died in hospital six weeks after he was shot outside a Dublin hotel.
Gary Carey, 41, was hit a number of times as he left the Hilton Hotel in Kilmainham on 24 June.
He was attacked as he walked through the underground car park.
It is believed Mr Carey had been previously targeted in other shooting incidents.
Gardaí are carrying out a murder investigation and have appealed for witnesses.
No arrests have been made in the investigation.
