Detectives investigating the fatal stabbing in Co Down of north Belfast's Eamonn Darren O'Hanlon have charged a man with murder and possessing an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The 25-year-old man is due to appear before Newry Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Earlier, investigating police released three other people unconditionally.
Mr O'Hanlon was stabbed in the Hill Street area of Gilford during the early hours of yesterday morning, police said.
He later died from his injuries.
The PSNI initially arrested three people, who they previously said were assisting with their inquiries and a fourth person was arrested yesterday afternoon.
