A motorcyclist has died following a collision with a car in Co Kilkenny.
The car and motorcycle collided on the Callan Road in Kilkenny, at around 11.30am today.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead a short time later.
Gardaí said no other injuries have been reported.
The road is currently closed with local diversions in place.
Gardaí are appealing for any road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, who were travelling in the area between 11.15am to 11.45am to make the footage available to gardaí.
