Three people have been arrested after gardaí in Dublin seized a number of vehicles and stolen goods, including a crossbow.

It follows a search of a premises in Saggart as part of an ongoing investigation into an organised crime gang.

Two cars, including a BMW, a Breitling watch and a crossbow were among the items seized.

Two women, aged in their 40s and 20s, and a man in his 20s were arrested. 

They were taken to Tallaght and Rathfarnham garda stations, but were later released.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The operation involved detectives from Tallaght, with support from the Emergency Response Unit, Criminal Assets Bureau, Stolen Motor Vehicle Investigation Unit and the Garda Dog Unit.
