Three Drogheda men have appeared in court accused of setting fire to a stolen car.
Robert McGlone (24) of Beechwood Drive, Craig Coyle (20) of Ashleigh Heights and Paul Crosby (24) of Rathmullen Park appeared in Drogheda District Court.
They were each charged with possessing a stolen Volkswagen Polo at Ballymakenny Business Park and setting it on fire on 10 May at a townland called Yelllow Batter outside Drogheda.
Judge Gerard Jones released Robert McGlone and Craig Coyle on their own bail of €200 each to appear again in the district court on 26 July.
Both agreed to a number of bail conditions including that they not contact each other or the third accused Paul Crosby, surrender their passports, sign on at Drogheda Garda Station and provide a mobile phone contact.
Paul Crosby was refused bail and remanded in custody to appear by video link from Cloverhill District Court next Friday.
