A man in his 30s has died after he was hit by a bin truck that he was working on in Dublin.
The incident happened at 4.25pm this afternoon at Dún An Óir, Oldbawn in Tallaght.
There were no other injuries reported.
The man's body was removed from the scene for a post-mortem examination.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and local coroner were notified.
Gardaí at Tallaght are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
They are also appealing to any road users who may have camera footage to make it available to them.
