International Workplace Group (IWG) is opening a new flexible workspace building in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.

The company, which operates through brands such as Space and Regus, said the move is in response to growing demand for hybrid working.

The 15,230 sq ft building can accommodate 215 desks and 70 private offices, meeting rooms and create spaces, as well as a café.

It follows an extensive refurbishment of the building, Donnybrook House, in 2018.

The company has partnered with MM Capital on the project.

"We are delighted to welcome such high-calibre tenants to Donnybrook House," said Derek Poppinga, Managing Director, MM Capital.

"Spaces will bring a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere to the building, enhancing its modern and innovative environment."

In the first half of the year, IWG added 400 new locations around the world and it plans 1,000 over the next year.

It recently opened REGUS in Clonakilty at West Cork Business & Technology Park as well Spaces in Dublin Airport Central.

"Our increasing footprint highlights that more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction, while helping the environment," said Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of IWG.

"Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs."
