Irish digital marketing agency Wolfgang Digital is to double in size, creating 60 new positions.

The company plans to grow its workforce to 120 over the next three years.

The expansion is part of a strategy to double revenues from €5m to €10m over the same time period.

10% of the company's earnings are reinvested in to upskilling staff, according to CEO Alan Coleman.

"We’ve a track record of taking people from trainee to trainer, trainee to award winner, and even trainee to MD," he said.

"This focus on career acceleration has seen us listed as a Great Place To Work multiple times."

The new jobs will be hybrid positions, split between office and home, with staff not coming back on site until next year.

Wolfgang Digital has doubled its Dublin city centre office space to accommodate the additional staff and upgraded it to allow for more collaboration and learning.

"We had implemented remote working as a result of employee feedback in 2018," said Mr Coleman.

"This means we have experience with pre-Covid hybrid working as well as Covid-enforced remote working. Our experience tells us that remote work has its advantages for autonomy and empowerment, while in-office work has its advantages for mastery and for culture," he added.
