Onlinetradesmen has launched a video site survey platform, that will facilitate the pricing of home improvement jobs during the pandemic.
The platform reduces the need for trade professionals to physically visit a home owner's property to quote on a job, negating Covid-19 health risks, while adding more convenience and reassurance for both parties.
Home owners can opt for a free video-based site survey at a time that suits them. Trade professionals can then arrange video survey appointments with home owners without the need to travel and incur unnecessary pre-sales costs. Onlinetradesmen said the new platform ensures maximum productivity while providing home owners with accurate quotes for home improvement projects.
According to the platform, there was a 54% increase in customers seeking home improvement quotes when restrictions first began to ease, and the most common jobs being arranged include bathroom refurbishment and landscaping projects.
